Registrant Agreement
AFA is committed to providing a respectful, safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants in-person and virtually. All participants, including but not limited to registrants, speakers, exhibitors, service providers, and AFA staff are expected to abide by this Registrant Agreement. This Agreement applies to all Air, Space & Cyber Conference (ASC) meeting-related events, including those sponsored by organizations other than AFA but held in conjunction with ASC events, on public or private settings/platforms.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Registration changes or cancellations can be made online through September 4, 2026. Cancellations through September 4, 2026 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee, plus any membership fees and/or donations. No refunds will be issued for changes and cancellations starting September 5, 2026. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the event due to personal illness or travel delays (to include flight interruptions/cancellations). If not able to attend in-person once the cancellation deadline has passed, please request that your registration be updated to virtual only before cancelling your registration. A refund for the difference in rates from in-person to virtual will be approved, if requested. Starting September 5th, please send cancellations and/or changes by email to ASCHelp@afa.org. This policy does not apply to exhibit booth sales. Please refer to the application / contract form for the exhibit booth cancellation policy.

ASC Registration Criteria
Please refer to the criteria below if you are unsure of which registration category you fall under.
Exhibitor
For employees of exhibiting company. Your company needs to have signed an ASC exhibit agreement to be displayed in drop-down.
Media
AFA accepts media who work for a news organization or agency, i.e., print, online, or broadcast. Freelancers must be able to present valid media credentials. For example: Capitol Hill and Pentagon credentials are acceptable. If you are a member of corporate media or a think tank, please answer no and alternatively make the appropriate selection from the following questions below.
Active Duty/Guard/Reserve/DoW Civilian
Active Duty/Guard/Reserve/DoW Civilian - Uniformed Military Personnel, defined as Active, Guard, and Reserve members of the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard, as well as DoW Civilian employees. This does not include employees of contractors working for the federal government.
Academy Cadet/Midshipman and ROTC
USAFA, West Point, USNA, USCGA, and cadets enrolled in a bona fide Reserve Officer Training Corps program at an accredited college or university.
Military Spouse
The military spouse category is for spouses of active-duty/guard/reserve/civilian members. Please select only if you are attending without your active duty/guard/reserve/civilian member spouse. If your spouse is also attending, please register as his/her guest. Military ID is required. If your spouse is retired from the military, please do not select this category.
DoW Contractor
Employees of contractors working for the federal government do not qualify for complimentary registration. Applicable registration rates apply.
Federal Government (other than DoW)
Civilian employees of any U.S. federal government department or agency other than the Department of War. This does not include employees of contractors working for the federal government.
Attaché/Foreign Military
Foreign Attaché or active duty member of Foreign Military Forces that is accredited by the U.S. Air Force. Does not apply to retired members of Foreign Military Forces.
AFA Member
Active Air & Space Forces Association membership.
AFA Life Member
Active Air & Space Forces Association Life Membership.
AFA Leader
(AFA National Convention, September 12-13, 2026, for AFA Leaders only):
AFA National Officers, Directors, Region, State and Chapter Presidents, National Committee Members.
Non-Member

- AFA Corporate Members - $63/square foot
- Government and Military Organizations - $40/square foot
- Multi-Level Exhibit: 30% of space rate
- Corner Fee: $400 per corner

Where do I pick up my badge/tickets?
All Badges and tickets may be picked up on-site at the AFA Registration Desk (Location: Cherry Blossom Ballroom) at the Gaylord National Hotel beginning at 7:30 am, Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Note: At this time, badges may be picked up for a colleague Saturday 9/12, and Sunday 9/13 only (see parking and shuttle information below for free 30-minute parking information) provided you bring a copy of the colleague's registration or registration number. This is subject to change. Specific details will follow in the final 'Know Before You Go' Email.
A $20 fee will apply for badge reprints onsite at the conference.
Please bring a photo or corporate ID. Acceptable forms of ID are as follows:
